Viblee is a content generation platform that helps women’s sports athletes create social media content from game footage. We provide AI-generated captions, content organization tools, and growth analytics.Your responsibilities:
You must own or have rights to any footage you upload to Viblee.You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it.You agree not to use Viblee to generate content that is false, misleading, or harmful.You must be 18 years or older to use this service.Content ownership:
You own all footage you upload and all content generated from it. Viblee does not claim ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant Viblee a limited license to process your footage for the purpose of generating content on your behalf.Social media connections:
When you connect your social media accounts, you authorize Viblee to read your account data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never post to your accounts without your explicit approval on each post.Pilot program:
During the pilot program, Viblee services are provided at no cost in exchange for feedback and a case study. Pilot terms are agreed upon separately with each partner league.Limitation of liability:
Viblee is provided as-is during the pilot phase. We are not responsible for any loss of followers, engagement, or business opportunity resulting from use of the platform.Changes to terms:

We help athletes generate social media content from game footage and build their personal brand.What information we collectWhen you connect your social media accounts to HYPD, we collect:Your public profile information including your name, username, and profile photoYour follower count and basic account metricsPerformance data from your posts including likes, comments, shares, and reach •Account identifiers necessary to maintain your connectionWe also collect information you provide directly including your name, email address, sport, team, and brand preferences.How we use your informationWe use your information to:Display your growth stats and follower data on your HYPD dashboardPersonalize AI-generated content captions to match your existing voice and styleTrack your content performance over timeProvide league administrators with aggregated performance data for athletes in their programWhat we do not doWe do not sell your personal information to third partiesWe do not post to your social media accounts without your explicit approvalWe do not share your individual data with sponsors or brands without your consentWe do not store your social media passwordsData retentionYou can disconnect your social media accounts at any time from the Brand Kit screen. When you disconnect an account we delete the associated access tokens immediately.
